Terms of Service

AuditReady, operated by R&A Creative Studios ("we", "us"). Last updated 2026-08-02.
Please read this carefully. AuditReady is an informational record-keeping tool. It is not legal advice and does not guarantee that you will pass any DOT audit, safety audit, compliance review, or roadside inspection. You are solely responsible for your own regulatory compliance.

1. What AuditReady is (and isn't)

AuditReady helps you organize and track documents and requirements related to FMCSA/DOT compliance. It is a tool, not a law firm, consultant, or compliance auditor. Nothing in the app or its AI assistant is legal, financial, or professional advice, and no attorney-client or consultant relationship is created by using it.

2. No guarantee of compliance

Regulations change and vary by situation and by state. The checklists, guidance, scores, and AI responses are provided for general informational purposes and may be incomplete or out of date. You must independently verify all requirements with the FMCSA and your base/operating state before relying on them. We do not guarantee any particular outcome, including passing an audit or inspection.

3. Your responsibilities

4. "As is" — no warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any fines, penalties, lost business, or failed audits. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve (12) months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (such as fraud or gross negligence).

6. Acceptance

By creating an account or using AuditReady, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

7. Changes & contact

We may update these Terms; continued use means you accept the changes. Governing law: the State of California, USA. Questions: ramonzamudioc120@icloud.com.

These terms are a good-faith template and standard for tools of this kind, but they are not a substitute for advice from a licensed attorney. For a paid product, have an attorney review before relying on them.
