Your data is stored on Cloudflare infrastructure (D1 database and R2 object storage). It is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and encrypted at rest. Each account can only access its own data. We apply reasonable access controls and do not access your documents except as needed to operate or support the service.
We use your data only to provide the service to you. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for advertising. If you use the AI assistant, your questions are sent to our AI provider solely to generate a response.
If you upload information about your drivers or other people, you confirm you have the authority to store it. You are the controller of that information; we process it on your behalf to run the tool.
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and data at any time by emailing us.
If we become aware of a breach affecting your data, we will notify you as required by applicable law (several U.S. states, including California, require notification when personal or medical information is exposed).
